Learn Iraqi Bellydance Style: Kawleeya Dance. Iraqi Kawleeya dance is a very popular, folklore, gypsy style dance from Gulf region. It is an energetic dance with women’s hair as focus. It focuses on head and neck movements; it’s quick, joyful, powerful and includes lots of jumping. During this workshop we will warm up head and neck and learn basic Kawaleeya movements. Afterwards we will dance choreography to feel full benefit of this powerful, a bit wild dance.

Tone your body: Basic Ballet & Rhythmic Gymnastics Workout routines Join this workshop to learn more about professional Rhythmic gymnastics and ballet basic workout routines that help female athletes increase their stamina and keep them in shape – slim, but strong. Class starts with quick warm up focusing on rhythmic movements, and then moves on to floor work exercises – please bring your yoga matt with you – we are going to work on flexibility of feet, stretching and strengthening back and spine. In the end, you will learn basic spins and jumps.
